libcf0 software package provides An interface for scientific data access to large binary data, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcf0
libcf0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcf0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcf0 *
You will get with libcf0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
